Hello,

var meter = new RGraph.Meter("meter1", 0, 10, var_count);
 
where var_Count = 3 results in the needle not moving.
 
By what should I multiply it so that the needle moves.

By default the needle isn't animated. If you want an animated chart
you'll need to use the Meter chart Grow effect, as shown here:

www.rgraph.net/docs/effects.html#meter.grow

Oh and if the var_count variable is a string, then you'll need to cast
it to a number like this:

var_count = Number(var_count);
