Can I disable pop up warnings

While popup warning are useful, is there a way to disable them? I find them annoying, in the case too much data is presented in too little space ("negative line" warning).
Disabling from the browser, makes the graph flash all the time, while animating.

Never mind, I disabled it from the core .js file.
