Hi there,

Is there a way to identify which dataset a tooltip belongs to in a scatter chart?
Using .__dataset__ returns undefined.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can use the dataset property on the shape property. Like this:

myTooltip.shape.dataset

Hello again,

Sometime between this post and today, the .shape.dataset methods no longer work for scatter graphs and the .__dataset__ method isn't available for scatter graphs (though it does work for line). Can you think of any other work around? Thanks!

Please ignore the previous post. The method changed from .shape to ".__shape__". The new method has a dataset property within it.
