New version (beta 9) of the SQLite Editor for PHP software

Version 1.0 beta 9 of the SQLite Editor for PHP is now available for you to download. This is the best version yet! (well if that weren't the case then that would just mean that the software is getting worse... am I right...?)

Some highlights are:
- New GitHub repository! Yes, a Github repository has been setup and you can see it here: https://github.com/heyesr/sqliteeditor
- The native JavaScript confirmation dialogs have been replaced by some more attractive popup dialogs.
- Lots of different form input types have been added to editing, including radio buttons, checkboxes and range inputs (slider bars).
