I want resized my chart to have the same scale with canvas.

That doesn't sense. Do you maen the same size as the canvas? If so then you could set the gutters to zero.

When I set the gutters to zero the x and y labels disappear.

Yes - because if there's no gutters for the labels then there's no room for them.
