Get the latest version of RGraph (version 6.17) from the download page. There's also older versions available, minified files and links to cdnjs.com hosted libraries.

FYI the downloadable examples are great, but for most/all of the Gantt chart examples the parameter labelsPercent is actually labelsComplete. For example:
labelsComplete = false

I thought you might want to update the examples for all relevant Gantt charts on your next release.
