What's the criteria for isOld()?

It used to be used to identify older versions of MSIE. It's created with this line:

RGraph.ISOLD = RGraph.ISIE6 || RGraph.ISIE7 || RGraph.ISIE8;

As of version 6 of RGraph, a JavaScript ES6 compatible browser will be required (so a modern browser).
